Public classes can be overwhelming and sometimes they don’t fit into your schedule.

Maybe you’re a busy professional who wants to prioritize health and well-being.

Perhaps you’re a complete beginner, have chronic pain or want tools to help with your anxiety.

You may already have a yoga practice and are curious about certain poses or ready to go deeper. 

These sessions are beneficial because I devote all of my attention to your specific needs.   

First we meet for a free consultation over tea and chat about your physical and spiritual needs. We create a plan to work together once, twice, three times a week. We make goals and have a good laugh.

I design the perfect package for you. You’ll have tools to last a lifetime on and off the mat. With over 500 hours of training, I incorporate Hatha, Prana Vinyasa™ and Restorative yoga methods with meditation and other healing modalities. We can focus to address one specific issue or overall wellbeing.

Tailored class packages available.

Homework, handouts, check-ins and props included; all you need is a yoga mat.

Schedule sessions to fit your busy life in your own home. Private yoga in Arcata, Eureka, Mckinleyville and Trinidad.

Investment

Single session at my home space: $80

Single session at client’s home (for up to 1-2 people): $100

Payment is due at or before the first session unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.

Sessions are tailored to your needs and draw from the following styles:

  • Vinyasa (flowing, vigorous, sweaty)

  • Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch for the connective tissue)

  • Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system)
